Online Event Report Form.  Please  use this form to report a  UFO sighting,  animal mutilation, crop circle or abduction.  Please be as detailed as possible in your description of the event. If reporting a UFO, include direction of travel, color of lights, if any. If there are other witnesses, write down your accounts independently of each other and  file a separate report. If reporting a crop circle or mutilation give accurate directions and/or include a map. Take time to make a drawing of the object(s).  If available, send drawing, map  or photograph as an attachment  in a separate email to  UFOMIG@yahoo.com.  Thank you.
